Each individual may hold only one active pph62 account. The following is strictly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account for yourself, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person.

pph62 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts. Any balances, bonuses, or winnings in duplicate accounts may be forfeited without notice.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your pph62 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pph62 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.

pph62 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. pph62 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

All account balances, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts on pph62 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

pph62 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.

All content on the pph62 Platform — including but not limited to the pph62 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and multimedia content — is the exclusive intellectual property of pph62 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use the pph62 name, logo, or branding in any manner without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of pph62's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pph62 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds arising from your wagering decisions or gaming activity on the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to technical failure, maintenance, cyberattack, or force majeure events.
• Any loss or corruption of account data resulting from circumstances outside pph62's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pph62's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

In the event of account closure due to breach of these Terms, pph62 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. In cases of voluntary closure or closure not attributable to User misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the User via the available payment methods, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal verification procedures.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
